I can't say enough about how good this firm was. We had a cooker that had been installed by the previous homeowner. The cooker broke down and we needed to replace it. Upon delivery, John Lewis found that the previous owner had (illegally and dangerously) wired the cooker into the ring main through a regular three pin plug. The plug was blackened and melted. I called Bennett Installations and they arrived to look within 20 minutes. They agreed to install a new power line from the consumer unit and agreed to do it the following afternoon. Upon doing the job, they found that the gas pipe that fed the hob was stopping the oven from being pushed home. With no fuss at all, they re-routed the gas pipe, tested it and fully tested and certified the electrical work. They arrived on time, were polite, courteous, clean and efficient. I was very glad to have called them and I will definitely use them again. Top work.

Work was completed in a timely manner. Quality of work was excellent. Testing was thorough. Paperwork and invoicing was slow however, as I had to wait several weeks for the invoice to arrive and the electrical safety certification to come through. Whereas I was only given 7 days to pay!
