Steve has worked with us for nearly a year and being a huge health centre with GP's, dentists, opticians, pharmacy & community PCT services we need most of our work carried out over weekends and evenings & he has obliged & we trust him implicitly. Replacement of kitchen tap.
The kitchen tap broke just before I was due to go on holiday. I was worried about a leak whilst away so Steve came out on a Saturday. He was unable to repair the tap due to the fact that the part which had become loose had fallen off and had dropped behind the 'void' and was not in a position to be retrieved. It was not possible to obtain a replacement part. I purchased a new set of taps and Steve returned on the Monday to do the job so as to give me peace of mind before going on holiday. Despite the fact that not only had he come out on a Saturday, made time to return on the Monday (despite a busy schedule) and the fact that I had purchased taps with a completely different type of fitment to the original one making the job quite difficult for him, the charge for the job was very reasonable. Excellent job and would have no hesitation in recommending Steve to anyone.

Remove old bath, install new bath, tile back wall (shower area)
I recently moved house and the previous owners did not have a shower. Bathroom was half tiled and I was unable to locate matching tiles. Steve assisted me in the choice of a contrast tile which would 'match in' with existing tiles. Excellent choice, would never know that the tiles were not an original choice of decor. Steve and co-worker (John) very clean and tidy, courteous and a pleasure to have working in my home. Provided very helpful advice. I would recommend Steve to anyone that wanted a reference and in fact he is going to do a quote for my daughter's kitchen and bathroom at her flat.

New Kitchen Fitting
We had a tired 70s kitchen and ordered a whole new kitchen for Steve to fit, budget was limited and Steve quote was competitive and kept within a tight budget. I couldn't recommend Bentley Reed Property Services enough. He was courteous, professional, reliable and nothing was too much trouble. Steve was a pleasure to have around, they were responsive to our request when at times seems unconventional and we are very pleased and happy with our new kitchen.

Painting, decorating, various general maintenance jobs
I cannot recommend Steve and his team highly enough. They painted and decorated almost the entire interior of our house, fixed and cleared the guttering, installed a new kitchen tap and undertook other tasks to make it ready for sale. I particularly appreciated their attention to detail, the quality of their workmanship, how they were careful to clean up regularly, how they worked around our clutter and with consideration for our young family with such good humour. Within 24 hours of my initial call Steve had been round and emailed a quote - on a Saturday. They were lovely, friendly people and I was happy to have their company almost every day for 3 weeks.

Redecoration including painting woodwork and minor repair work
The work that this company did was done quickly, professionally, neatly and to a really high standard. They were flexible, accommodating and took pride in their work.
