Berrylands Property Maintenance Ltd is a small family business who understand that your house is also your home.  We carry out all our work with as little disruption to our customers as possible and pride ourselves on our prompt, clean service.  Many companies advertise "No job too small" but we really will come out to change light bulbs, bleed radiators, fit cat flaps etc. 

We specialise in Painting and Decorating, Tiling and Plastering but carry out all aspects of house and property maintenance and refurbishment.  We are also able to offer a full roofing service from fixing guttering and slipped tiles to replacing whole roofs. 

All our work is guaranteed and we carry full public liability insurance.

Aftera very bad experiance with 'Cowboy' builders I don't recommend anyone lightly but Marcus was prompt, efficient and polite and came in on budget. Definitely a find and we will use them again.

Absolutely fantastic. Transformed my house. Hardly knew they were there, clean, tidy, prompt and polite. Any other jobs that need doing in the future. I will not look anywhere else. Brilliant, thank you.

Fixed roof gutter

Marcus was extremely professional and efficient. Marcus fixed a roof gutter and some lead work on one of the properties. He explained the work and the likely cause of the problem. I also asked him to look at the roof gutter and roof at our main residence which he also fixed and explained as he went along. I liked his work so much, I have now asked him for a quote for other works on soffit and window sills which needed attention. Marcus was very reasonably priced and had attention to detail. Would definitely recommend him
