We chose to go with Bespoke Landscapes for redesigning and landscaping our garden not because they were the cheapest but because Ben Johns was able to offer more than just doing what we thought we wanted and to come up with a creative design for the space that met our needs in terms of function but was far more creative and attractive than we could have envisioned ourselves. The work was carried out with great care and professionalism; and with regular interaction with us in order to check it was proceeding as we expected or to consult us on any alternatives to the original design. The team of guys were very friendly and courteous. They were very tidy as storage/working space was limited and so they cleared up the car port every evening so we could park again. We are very happy with the results - we have now have a wonderful garden!

Ben has provided a first class service from the second he arrived to quote for the work through to completion. His price was mid range across the five companies that quoted but the quality of workmanship has made the cost seem extremely good value. All of his employees were efficient, polite and left the site clean and tidy every night. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. The creative aspect was superb and Ben's creation of a slate compass rose is a highlight of the garden. It was a pleasure to watch them all take pride in their work, Thank you

On the whole I am pleased with the work done, my only issue is that having had time to settle down the lawn is still quite bumpy/undulating, despite stipulating that this was one thing that I did not want to happen as it was an issue before the work was started. This aspect is disappointing , and not having had much rain since it was completed I do not know how effective the soak away will be. Fingers crossed!

We obtained numerous quotes for sorting out our "flooding" issue in our back garden, rotavating the existing turf, importing extra soil to level off the ground and returfing. Whilst in my opinion Bespoke Landscapes were not the cheapest, we decided to go with them due to the time Ben spent going through the works needed and the examples of the work he had done previously shown on his website. We agreed a start date and they arrived promptly in the morning and despite horrible weather for the duration of the time spent at our home, the team were always on time, very friendly and completed the work in the time scales quoted. The garden now looks great and we are looking forward to a sunny summer so we can make the most of it. Would I use Bespoke landscapes again...would I recommend them ...definitely YES

His team leader Tom and his peer workers are hard working and are a pleasure to have in your garden. Tom did a beautiful carpentry fencing in our garden which was well trendy covering up our bins and barbecue which now looks like wonderful backdrop to our water feature corner.
Ben checks on all the work at intervals his team does and his standard of workmanship is high, He has a very hardworking and creative team whom equally come up with good ideas. Even tips for our pond flower life.
