Pawel and his staff are hardworking and reliable. They cover a wide variety of trades. I have used him for over four years, initially on smaller jobs but most recently on a large loft conversion and renovation. His rates are reasonable and he is personally very obliging.

Fixing underfloor heating.
Done a really good job! Initially installation of under floor heating by another company had some errors but Best Build fixed it all for me at no extra charge and was great in recommending doable and affordable improvements. Best Build is my go to company!

Removal of old boiler and installation of new boiler.
Very knowledgeable, punctual and hardworking. Non-nonsense approach and straight talking. Extremely friendly and reliable. I cannot recommend Pawel enough. I should know as I am an architect and constantly deal with trades. Thumbs up!

Fixed broken down boiler.
The service was excellent, prompt, courteous and helpful and very reasonably priced considering it was an emergency call. I have already recommended this company to friends and will definitely be using for future boiler servicing and all future plumbing requirements.

Boiler radiator installation
Overall good work. The boiler installed works well and the work was done quite fast. A few little issues (one radiator installed the wrong way around and one valve is leaking) so I could only rate the quality of work 7 out of 10. Also I am quite annoyed was that the trader informed me 3 days before works started he had to charge more money than the agreed price.

Emergency call out for nail in pipe.
Highly recommended! Came out on a Saturday at very short notice. Arrived as promised within 30 minutes (even a bit sooner). Work was quick and efficient, attention to detail, made sure everything was working fine before he left. Very nice man, seemed knowledgeable and was happy to explain issues and problems with the central heating - not at all because he was trying to get the work (I'd explained we had an other company contract) but because he seemed interested and enthusiastic about his trade.

Boiler Installation
Pawel was a nice guy who spent time to inquire into the problems with the old boiler and was very quick to deal with the installation of a new boiler. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the work...  poor cut holes in the worktop and wall for the installation of the pipes.  I'm currently trying to find a way to make it look half decent without having to replace the worktop.

I have taken the customer review into account. Common practice is to cover the pipes with 12mm mdf box to protect them from any damages and not to compromise the looks. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Cistern overflow.
Upon receiving my call and hearing the issue with my toilet, Mr Lubczynski was able to quote a reasonable price for repair and subsequently arrived within the hour. The problem was resolved within a matter of time. He was very professional, clean and tidy with his work and very polite, even gave me a brief explanation of the system and was happy to answer any questions. Highly recommend and Mr Lubczynski for any service!

Fitted new diesel boiler on dutch barge.
Excellent. We always knew it was going to be a challenging job. Pawel was extremely resourceful and very thorough and rose to the challenge. Heating all up and running before the freeze! Hugely appreciated. Thank You Pawel.

Repaired boiler.
Called Pawel on Sunday morning and he offered to come to Edgware immediately. Gave him my tenants details and he arranged a time with them for the same day. Happy tenants and a fair price for a Sunday callout means I will definately use him again. Highly recommended.
