Mr Myles was charming. I felt comfortable to discuss the job in hand. He showed me the product. The estimate was correct in detail. I dreaded the upheaval but what a joy. I came home every day to total perfection. Clean, fantastic job, no touch up repairs anywhere in the house Ian doing the job was brilliant, I couldn't fault him. What impressed me the most about Andy, is he didn't just come in measure up and sell a window. He really did think about what I was trying to achieve and offered a number solutions to the renovation taking place. His advise paid off and we now have three windows in keeping with the remaining old part of the house. We were also pushed for time due to family commitments and once again he truly went out of his way to ensure the windows were fitted in a very short time frame. I was recommended Andy's services through a mutual friend which can sometimes end in tears. Not with this supplier. Excellent and will be having back for the remaining project.

Was a nice surprise when we received the quote! Mr Miles is very professional and came each day to inspect the quality of the work and kept us informed at all times as to progress etc. The guys he has putting in the windows are fab and they probably left the house in a cleaner state than when they started. Very happy

Really refreshing experience and overall service. The workmanship required no rework other than a minor realignment of French door Georgian bars (that I failed to notice but which the gentleman with overall responsibility for the works pointed out!). The up front design guidance was also valuable as we had a fixed idea but were happy to consider alternatives. I was initially nervous about purchasing glazing products (market perception etc) however I'm delighted with the choice and there were no hidden extras The value added design and small extras (guttering leaks repaired etc) left me a happy customer.
