5 windows and back door
We were most impressed by the preparation/surveys in obtaining the perfect windows for the job - both in keeping with the premises and how the finished articles would look. This involved a change of plan to a new UPVC window with the exact look of wooden georgian frame windows - these are super with black metal monkey tail fittings (no artificial bars between the sheets of glass!) . Most impressed with the service we have received. The attention to detail was outstanding!!

Replacement door and side-light
Very pleased indeed with the overall job, one or two minor issues with final finishing off, we have had to make good ceramic floor in conservatory.

Our terms and conditions clearly state that we cannot guarantee not to make any superficial damage to surrounding ceramic tiles (when removing door) but we will make good. The area in question was the size of a 10p piece on the floor of the conservatory and this was made good, we have therefore fulfilled our obligation. The customer agreed that this was a very neat job and we are very happy to put our name to the workmanship.

Whole house and doors replaced
Mr Myles was charming. I felt comfortable to discuss the job in hand. He showed me the product. The estimate was correct in detail. I dreaded the upheaval but what a joy. I came home every day to total perfection. Clean, fantastic job, no touch up repairs anywhere in the house Ian doing the job was brilliant, I couldn't fault him. Unbelievable The workmanship and finish was superb. "Better by Myles" left the other five companies I saw standing. Thank you gentlemen I am so please I made the right choice.
