Service the water tank/system.

Matt did much more than he was asked to do, with no fuss and no expectation of additional income. While he was here he also checked three faulty radiators and fixed them, made some adjustments to a faulty shower unit so it now works and then took the time to explain certain features that. If we looked out for them and maintained them, would keep our system lasting longer and save us money. I'd recommend him to anyone: great service, great advice, great value, very friendly, and highly trustworthy.

Matt identified the problem quickly, explained what needed to be done and completed the work the same afternoon. He got on with the job, was tidy and took time to explain what might be needed after he had left. He was very thorough. Thanks for the speedy and efficient service.

Service and mend boiler.

This is the second time we have used Matt. My 85 year old mother's boiler packed up last week, her boiler is over 30 years old. Matt managed to get a replacement gas valve for it. He is very busy but he fitted her in, by coming in the evening to mend and service the poor old boiler. He didn't leave till after 9.00 when he was satisfied that everything was working. My mother is so happy to be nice and warm again. Cant thank Matt enough. He is coming back to service her little gas fire in her sitting room next week. I wish all tradesman were this dedicated.

Connected our new fridge freezer to mains water.

Matt is a star. I would recommend him to anyone. This is the fourth time we've used Matt and he is just the best tradesman we know. Courteous, polite, competent, trustworthy. If you need a plumber, phone him and you won't regret it.

Installed new boiler.

Our heating stopped working on a Sunday, Matt came over the same day to see what needed to be done. He gave us two options and we chose to have a new boiler. A couple of days later he did the work with a colleague and even finished it in one day by working until late. Very polite and friendly, very neat and tidy work. Again another job we are very happy with!

Faulty water pressure sensor in boiler.

Matt was very polite and efficient. He was able to come and fit a replacement part for our boiler within just two days of the initial phone call. Price was exactly as quoted. The work was done quickly and tidily and we couldn't be happier with the result. Would definitely use B.H.M Heating and Plumbing Services again and would definitely recommend the company to others.
