Central Heating Installation, new bathroom and kitchen plumbing

Thoroughly recommended. Matt provided all the plumbing required (including new central heating and boiler) as part of a full property refurbishment. He is very reliable, trustworthy and conscientious. The work was good value and Matt a pleasure to deal with.

Fitting a new boiler

We have used Matt before so didn't hesitate in using him again to install a new boiler. He always arrives on time and you can trust that the price quoted is the one he will charge, even when some extra work was required due to some complications with a pipe. I also felt comfortable leaving him on his own in the house while I was out. The finished job is of a very high standard and we would definitely recommend him.

Fixed non working central heating

Matt spent a long time patiently resolving what turned out to be an electrical issue. Heating has never been so good, would definately recommend him.

Repair of heating system + gas safety check

Matt replied to my email on Sunday and arranged his work so he could come the next day. Did a great job, the house is warm again. Matt is very friendly, tidy and he explains what he is checking and why and gives advice. Second time I used his services, would recommend him.

Replacement of Boiler solenoid valve and checkout.

Very quick response, knew what he was doing and got straight into the job late evening of same day call. Found the necessary part for an old system and repaired by early afternoon next day. Definitely would use again and recommend.

Trouble shoot elec. Fault.

Mr Bertolone - although extremely busy came to my aid to find an electrical fault regarding my central heating. He was courteous, methodical, clean and tidy. I would highly recommend his firm.

Toilet Repair

Matt was very polite and did a good job fixing the toilet. He came out almost immediately which was great. The cost however was more than expected. He had to leave the flat to get parts - not sure if this raised the cost.

Fitted a new towel rail and fixed a leaking overflow.

Very efficient, speedy service. We only has to wait two days. We asked him on the day to fix the overflow not fazed - no problem. Pleasant person.
