We have used Matt before so didn't hesitate in using him again to install a new boiler. He always arrives on time and you can trust that the price quoted is the one he will charge, even when some extra work was required due to some complications with a pipe. I also felt comfortable leaving him on his own in the house while I was out. The finished job is of a very high standard and we would definitely recommend him.

Mr Bertolone returned my phone call within 30 minutes and arrived on schedule the next day to assess intermittent operating fault with shower There was no call-out charge. As agreed he telephoned later that same day with a quote for replacing the shower and the labour costs. Arrived on schedule on Saturday morning to carry out the work but only after the old unit had removed did it become clear the new unit has been redesigned and the existing cable would not reach the connections. Mr Bertolone therefore had to do some unscheduled re-tiling work. He returned on Sunday morning to complete the installation. We were hugely impressed with Mr Bertolone's commitment to complete the work with minimum inconvenience to ourselves and the efficient way it was undertaken. Unsurprisingly labour costs were higher than quoted but the increase, despite coming out on a Sunday morning to complete the work, was modest. Would have no hesitation using BHM again.

Came out at short notice. He worked very hard, meticulous, courteous and extremely professional. The shower was fitted perfectly and he left it tidy like you'd never know he'd been there. He thought the job would take 45 mins but the shower we'd bought needed lots of modification to the pipe work so it took him 5 times longer but he never grumbled once. No hesitation in recommending or using him again.
