Fix phone/ broadband line fault
I had an inconsistent phone/ broadband line which Bill was able to rectify in his usual very efficient, friendly and informative manner.  I would definitely recommend Bill to anyone

Proving of fault and change the socket
I had the telephone problem that mystify the logic in that I can access the internet but cannot use the telephone to call out or receive the call (I have broadband that shares the same cable as the telephone).  BT said it was not the problem at their end. So after reading a good review of Bill Hussey, I decided to give Bill a call.  Bill is very helpful. He is trying to help to work out what the problem is and I can see that if the problem is trivial he will just tell me what to do and I can fix it from the free advice.  I am very much appreciated the approach that he does not think of just making the money and would willing to help over the phone if it is very simple to rectify it. However, after checking as he suggested, my telephone was still not working, so I call him out to fix it.  Bill is informative and after the test it proved that the socket had developed a fault and Bill just changed the socket for me. The charge is as on his website and very reasonable indeed.  I am very pleased. Bill is honest, helpful, efficient and has a good sense of humour and I would highly recommend Bill to anyone.

Moved telephone point and outside wiring
Bill was early, very polite and very clean and tidy with his work.  Bill did exactly what we required and the cost was reasonable. Would highly recommend!!

New telephone lines together with internet
Bill has worked with us over the last year, We have had a rather large extension and it has meant that Bill has had to come to our house many times so that during the demolishing of part of the old house and missing walls we were never without phone lines or the internet. He always manages to fit us in when we call him, always a smile on his face, only too happy to explain what he is doing, we are never left in a mess, and his prices are wonderful. I always recommend him to my friends, and they all ask me where I found this wonderful man. Good luck Bill you're the best. Di Healey

Sorted quiet line
He sorted a line problem out that had defied BT. Quick to respond, reliable time keeping, interested in job and also knows what's needed to sort a difficult telephone problem out. Good sense of humour. Reasonable rates. Quite a find for anyone with telephone/broadband problems.
