They was pleasant and professional. They came when they said they would and completed the work on time. They even found an additional problem that they fixed at no extra cost. My only compliant was that the scaffolding was left over night instead of being collect at the end of the day and to be fair that was not their fault; Travis Perkins were to blame.

Despite the project being undertaken during a period of terrible weather conditions from torrential rain to ice and snow, Iain was unfailingly polite, very neat and clean and, surprisingly, cheerful throughout. I highly recommend Birchmore Building Services. Their approach was always professional and the work was done to a high standard, particular care was taken to blend the extension into the existing house structure and appearance - almost making it look like part of the original build. Iain was always courteous and attentive to detail. I was always provided with a running total of work done and money owing, meaning there were no nasty surprises at the end of the work.
