I have used Bishops on three occasions and on all the jobs I was completely satisfied. The latest is a repair to the front drive which was done extremely neatly and I can have the confidence that it will last for a considerable time now. As always the clearing up afterwards was very efficient and the bags of rubble were taken away immediately. I shall have no hesitation in recommending Bishops to others.

This is the second time I have used this firm. They turned up early on the day we had arranged and were very professional and extremely competent. It was obvious that Mr. Rory Clarke knew what he was doing, and I was able to feel completely confident that the work would be done well. He was extremely tactful with regard to the neighbours. The site was left looking very tidy and the fencing is very neatly done.

Very good firm. Always willing to please, Pleasant staff, nice looking lads who are not cocky with it. Reasonably priced and being a landlord it is essential to have reliable traders like Bishops who can be relied upon to do a good job. If unsatisfied with minor issues there no attitude from the company - they just put right what is wrong and apologise. Could not ask for more. Young team, they are going places expanding and have a keen sense of customer first. Very good with disabled customers with absolutely no prejudices; no homophobia, no racism, just good service from good workers.

I had a great experience with the team and Sam Bishop right from the original contact. The guy who came to give the quote was polite and helpful and offered suggestions for the repairs. The work was scheduled quickly. They regularly kept me up to date throughout the work and asked permission for any additional work needed. The workmen were polite, the standard of work was excellent and they left the place very tidy after them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sam Bishop.

A trickier job than it first appeared, hot water was backing into the header tank via the immersion tank. Very old plumbing system with an illogical layout, Sam and his team returned for five days until it was finally fixed, replacing various parts along the way. I was charged only the original price of fixing the ball-valve, although it turned out to be more complex than this.

Water was leaking down through the floorboards and initially thought it was a problem with the pipes. Simon was really helpful and offered to come out asap to fix. It turned out upon investigation that a tap was leaking and couldn't turn it off so got Simon to come out early the next morning. Arrived early, fixed the problem immediately, was friendly, polite and helpful. Would recommend to everyone!

Sam and Jason were polite and helpful, prompt and reasonably priced (payment by card also very helpful). Jason attended a gas leak problem I had and then returned to the property again at a later date to fit a new hob, work was clean and done quickly. I would use them for other jobs in my home and would recommend them to anyone needing a decent plumbing service.

Sam visited the property soon after enquiring and provided a reasonable quote within just a day or so. The plumber who actually installed the bath, Jason, was incredibly friendly and very professional. He stayed until late to get the job done and fitted the new bath to a very high standard, cleaning up any leftover mess to leave the place tidy. As new home owners we had one or two questions to ask about the plumbing in general and Jason was happy to oblige and incredibly helpful. I have great confidence in the quality of the workmanship and would not hesitate in recommending Jason/Sam to anyone.
