Computer repair
Arrived late after being hastened by phone. Computer functioning well, loss failure to switch off. Failed to correct. Gave no indication of competance. Asked to leave when computer "blocked". Query disrupted settings. No curser. Wanted to take computer to repair in workshop at no cost. Too much damage already during his visit to entrust even on these terms. Appeared to have arrived ill prepared.

Customer had a corrupt copy of "Windows ME" which needed to be completely reinstalled. Unable to perform insite as hardware drivers not available. Customer became extremly agitated at prospective loss of internet access. asked mer to leave saying that he would have to buy a new PC which was not the case and disproportionite reaction to problem.
