I was provided with a quotation in writing by email and the questions I had relating to this were dealt with efficiently and promptly in writing. After a huge delay in starting the work (due to the inclement weather!) we had a few sunny days and the work was carried out as per the quotation. I was particularly impressed with the block paving which looked like new afterwards, and also the patio. The decking too looked fabulous (wish I'd had it done a few years ago, as think it would have come up even better!) and Charlie applied decking oil which I had chosen and supplied. All in all, Charlie kept me fully informed about what he was doing and when and arrived to do the job on the day and time he had stated. I'd have had this done several years ago if I'd known that this kind of service existed. The wet weather and a very large oak tree had really caused a lot of discolouration and green algae to grow. An excellent job, and I am certain I'll be back again, if not next year, certainly the year after!

Charlie arrived on time and spent a full day cleaning driveway and sealing. Results were outstanding looked like a new drive way but at a fraction of the price. So good we asked Charlie to come back and clean and seal the patio which also now looks brand new. Was done over 3 months ago and still looks amazing. Very pleased highly recommended. Clean, tidy, polite and stuck to original price quoted
