They were quick, efficient, polite and competent at all levels - the plumber - the office etc.

On Wednesday 10 Sept, I came home to find I had a major water leak. I called Blockbusters and in less than 2 hours they had estimated the job, less than 24 hours they had contacted my Insurers, agreed costs, and confirmed they would start work on Monday 15 Sept. My water was reconnected on Tuesday 16th Sept and you would not have known they had been at my property. They are tidy, courteous and have left the property exactly as they found it. They took all the stress and anxiety out of what could have been an almighty headache for me to co-ordinate contractors and Insurers.

After 48 years on this planet, it is an entirely new experience for me to call in a plumbing firm and not experience a nasty taste. After the encounter did not come away feeling ripped off, belittled or abused. Well done Block Busters.

I was installed with confidence, the works carried out as described, on time. The workmen were very nice, tidy and kept informed. The service like this is hard to find these days.

Their work is excellent, they are most courteous and when their work was completed and to our entire satisfaction, they cleaned up and one would never know that they had been there.
