Turned up promptly and at the agreed time, completed the work quickly and with a minimum of fuss. It hasn't rained since the repairs were carried out so I don't know yet whether they were successful, but with a 12-month guarantee I have some peace of mind that if there's a problem they'll be back to sort it out. Two workman arrived slightly ahead of time. Both were polite and completed the work efficiently. All work completed in about an hour and a half. Following the next rain shower I noted that one section of the guttering was still leaking, although much reduced. On calling Blue Sky the offered to come back the next day and resolve the leak. This was done and now the gutters are working perfectly!

They fixed one end of the gutter (front left) that was hanging down and explained that they had to move the bracket slightly as the area of wood was rotten where the fixing had been.
