Our bathroom was not an easy job as installed by a previous owner and the bath was really casted to a tiled platform and mixer was not easily accessible. Brendan worked out a solution that caused minimal disruption and we are very happy with the result.

As I am 80 and disabled, I was worried when I found a puddle under my kitchen sink. I put a towel down and it socked through in 20 minutes. I phoned this plumber and he was at his little boys 3rd birthday party, and bless his heart, was with me at 10 to 7. Hadn't put on washing machine in properly - he was a lovely man.

He clearly knew his trade. He was honest in explaining that a problem I had thought major was in fact minor (and he rectified it). He replaced an extra washer he knew would soon wear out, but did not charge extra for it. I would recommend them.
