Had oven cleaned on 1 march and booked for shower clean on 8 march. Oven door was left with a long drip down it and I was told as the door was sealed that they could not clear this as it was in between the two glass sections. When they came to do the shower a few days later I said I was not happy with the mark on the oven door so after she had done the shower she took off the oven door and eventually removed the mark. I don't think I should have had to ask for the door to be re done but once this was done I was satisfied with both oven and shower.
