Right from the start, Bob and his team were very polite, courteous and punctual. The work itself, took approximately one and a half days, and all aspects of the work went well. The team completing the work turned up when Bob said they would, and all acted in a very professional manner, and kept the work area clean and tidy as they went along. I would certainly recommend Bob and his team of men.

Start was delayed 3 times over a 10 day period. Due to 1. Weather, 2. Death in the family of a team leader. But Bob Weaver contacted us immediately and rescheduled. Whilst the work has been completed, we had to refer back to his contract numerous times before he would attend to the snagging issues. He has not provided the insurance backed guarantee as we were promised and have paid for.

Response from Bob Weaver Roofing Ltd:
Firstly, whilst carrying out this contract several additional items came to light which added to the timescale. There was some damage to ceilings where plaster had popped: this was an unforeseen incident and although should have been picked up by the customers insurance, I have rectified this at my own cost. Secondly, the customer has my company 20 year guarantee, and when I contacted my underwriters for the insurance backed guarantee they have told me that because the customer was a commercial one the guarantee would cost more money. Although the customer has a contingency amount to spend on any unforeseen extras, they refuse to help with this cost, saying it is my responsibility. It is a shame that they feel the need to leave me such negative feedback when I have always done all I can to carry out this contract professionally.

The teams of scaffolders and buiders arrived everyday precisely at 8am. they arrived and finished on the dates specifically requested by us. Unfortunately the scaffolders broke one of the fascias when they dismantled. This was immediately replaced, without quibble, by Bob and his team. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bob Weaver Roffing to anyone.
