Diagnosed failed PSU, supplied and installed new PSU and replaced DVD Rom with DVD RW.

Supply universal laptop charger
As usual, Pierre came up trumps, at a price that no high street retailer could possibly match. He also made sure that the charger was compatable with my laptop and made it ready for use. I would never use anyone else for our pc needs.

Sorted out a screwed up PC
Pierre sorted out my mother's computer, updating drivers, hard drive, and a load of other things. Very reasonable pricing, and now I have a very happy 75 yr old mother. Friendly and honest. Would recommend him to anyone.
