Bosham Builders was formed by Len who has over 30 years experience in domestic and bespoke building projects. We specialize in extensions renovations and loft conversions.
Because we are a small business, we take pride in being able to provide all our clients with services tailored to their needs.
My aim is to manage projects from inception through to completion to the highest professional standards so that our work can be enjoyed and admired for years to come.

Dear Len ,
Now that work on our extension is complete I thought I would take a few minutes to write and let you know how things went from our perspective.
It was a big step for us having our large conservatory demolished and then the back wall of our house opened up to extend our dining room. The potential for damage, mess and noise was a big concern but we needn’t have worried. From the day work started you and your workforce couldn’t have been more helpful and courteous and the standard of the work was exceptional. A lot of people were in and out, and around, our house but were always mindful of the fact that it was our home and treated it with respect keeping the disruption to an absolute minimum.
We liked to keep an eye on how things were going and any queries or questions we had were promptly answered. In fact, from a communications and customer care point of view, bosham builders excelled as any communications with either of you were responded to by text, email or phone call instantly, or a knock at the front door within minutes. Brilliant customer service.
Clearly building works can be expensive and you often hear about ‘cowboys’ disappearing with your money before the work is complete. Your method of billing is most reassuring and meant that we only paid you every two weeks in arrears for the work that had been done rather than large sums of money in advance.
Were there any problems? Not really just a couple of short delays for materials etc but the work was still completed within time and virtually on budget. It was so good that we were more than happy to have you build a new front garden wall, lay a patio and replace all the gutters, fascia and soffits before you left the site.
We would both like to thank you and your workforce for all you have done. We are extremely pleased with our new dining room and lobby and would be more than happy for you to show the content of this letter to any potential customers who might want reassurance.
