Keith repainted the walls, ceiling and woodwork in the 2 bedrooms and living room of my flat. I found him to be very reliable, working alone while I was out at work. Keith arrived each morning bang on time and even early on a couple of occasions. He worked quickly, efficiently and even cleared up after himself which appears to be a rare thing these days. The finished work is of the highest standard and I would thoroughly recommend him. He is extremely trustworthy and we felt happy to leave him to it whilst we went to work. The marking of 10 is fully justified. The work was performed very professionally over 3 weeks and we requested Mr Bowers to quote to decorate our hallway. We have accepted his quotation and he will commence the work on Monday 15 August 2011. Keith is a real find! He did all the paint work in our house, outside and in. He has always kept us informed so we knew exactly what he would be doing when. He moved furniture back at the end of each day and tidied up and hoovered so we could keep using the rooms. He has worked round my young children very considerately and as for a previous client he was happy to retouch a newly-painted bit of wall which my husband splashed coffee down..! He has protected our floors and furniture very well. His work is of a very high standard- some of our outside window sills were very split and rotten and he has sorted them out for us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him (as he was recommended to us). Thanks very much Keith!

Mr Bowers is a true gem. He worked very hard and conscientiously for all five weeks he was with us, was very good and obliging about touching up areas where we wanted more work, even fixing a newly painted area that had been scratched by our over enthusiastic 2 year old who was attempting to imitate him! He was also remarkably careful with our floors (mostly wooden) and furniture and cleaned up assiduously after himself everyday, in stark contrast to other Checkatrade tradesmen we have had in. He was concerned to do a thorough and high quality job right through to the end of our long redecorating project and we can sincerely recommend him to even the most finicky and demanding of friends and family.
