Really pleased with Brads fencing, Mark provided a prompt and competitive quote to replace 15 panels in the back garden. After deciding to go ahead the date was booked in and Ken came over for two days to complete the work. He was efficient, polite and did a great job even after discovering that a number of panels had to be cut to size to fit the posts. All mess was taken away and the garden left very tidy. The garden has been transformed and we are very pleased with the results.

All work carried out exactly as requested, on the dates promised, by someone who knew exactly what he was doing. He was friendly but not obtrusive and tidied up carefully. Damage to our garden was minimised. He took away the old fencing, which we had previously dismantled, although we had not expected this.

Removal of the existing privet hedge by Brads sub-contractor was carried out very efficiently in one day, with the site left level and tidy. The Brads erection crew followed up and completed the fencing works within 2 days. The finished work is of a high standard, carried out by an efficient, polite, and considerate bunch of guys. Wonderful service from start to finish. Prompt response to request for price of work - we then added more work and they returned to re-assess. Quick turnaround of job, very tidy and good quality products used. So impressed we asked them to add a couple more sections, which they did the very next day, even though they were extremely busy. I really appreciated the attitude of the workmen. They worked extremely hard , in difficult, cramped circumstances, getting old fence post concrete out, without obvious complaint. Brads Fencing values all comments published and have apologized to this customer for the problems. Their first point we dispute as we arrived for the first quote date at the specified time but the customer had gone out, we returned for a second time the next day. Our team was delayed on the day of installations due to traffic, they were 3/4 hour late and this customer was called and kept informed this was beyond our control and can happens sometimes. We are pleased with the other comments and glad the customer is satisfied with the finished product but feel there was little else we could do to rectify the situation.
