Roofing.
They replaced gutters, soffit and fascia boards. Also cleaned roof and re-pointed chimney stack, valleys and gable ends in a satisfactory manner. On time and within agreed price. They were courteous and polite. I would recommend them.

Repair to flat roof and drains

I needed emergency work done to a flat roof which began to leak in the rain just before Christmas. Since speed was of the essence, I didn't quibble with the prices I was quoted, but I think it likely, had there been more time, the work could have been done at a lower cost. If it had not been such a dire emergency, I might well have negotiated the price, and obtained quotations from other companies. I was quoted a price for two parts of the work beforehand, but not for the last part. You ask me to say whether the work was "timely", yes they were very punctual, which was absolutely vital, and I'm very grateful that they were prepared to some at such short notice.

I have no reason to question the work carried out but after verbally asking twice for an invoice, then a letter also requesting the invoice we still did not receive it. So presumably we do not have any guarantee as we paid by cash.

Replace felt on 2 flat roofs, re-cement gable end tiles, fit new eve support trays

The work was started quickly, and everything was carried out in a professional way. All the people from the company that I spoke to were polite and friendly. When the work was completed the area was cleaned up very well. I would recommend Bray Roofing to any of my friends.

Repair to Roof and clear and sealed gutters

The guys did an excellent job in fixing our roof and cleaning the gutters. A related issue occurred post repair and there was no issue with them coming back out to remedy at no additional charge. I would definitely recommend them.
