Brain was extremely professional and gave a clear and honest description of the work to be done. The work that needed doing was to resolve water penetration/ damp and he took time to explain the action that needed to be taken and recommended that, while the damp problem could be caused by a number of factors, we should try the easiest and least costly solution first. His work was tidy and efficient and he took time to explain the way the house was built and the possibilities for why the problem had accoutred. I would highly recommend Brain for both minor jobs to more significant builds.
