Installation of a New Boiler and Power Flush of System

This company are a pleasure to deal with and offer very high standards of workmanship, honesty, reliability and are hardworking. Nothing was too much trouble and they always answered my questions with clear explanations about what was needed and why. I'm very happy with a job well done for a reasonable price - and they fitted me in at short notice, a relief as the cold weather set in! Delighted!

Radiators kept switching themselves on and staying on - sometimes all day - sometimes at various times

In my opinion I would not use this company again as they charged me even when they cannot find any fault. Although a fault was subsequently traced months later regarding the same issue.

Installation of a New Boiler

An excellent, professional service. Chris was very courteous and pleasant and gave clear explanations in answer to my questions, so I felt I could make informed choices. I would recommend Bright Blue without hesitation. My only reason for not giving 10 out of 10 for everything is that I was initially given the wrong model number for the boiler I wanted, so had a bit of a frustrating time of it on the brand website - but that's partly because their website was a bit confusing, so not entirely Chris's fault! But for future reference, giving the customer the right model number at the start would make this initial stage of researching and choosing your boiler easier. There are a lot of boilers out there! However, that's the only point for improvement. Everything else was spot on - a complete professional.

Boiler move and re-install.

Chris was very helpful. He provided prompt and accurate estimates at a fair price and did not try to oversell like others who quoted. The workmanship was done to a good standard, called him back out on a leaking valve that needed replacing (this is common when moving a boiler) which was done promptly. Would use them again in the future.

System revamp - new boiler, some radiators and power flush

If you are getting a quote for anything to do with Central Heating then make sure these guys are involved – they are the business.  We had a 20 year old system updated with a new boiler some new radiators and the whole system flushed and checked. Chris gave unbiased information of the products available to us on the market with the final decision left to us, there was no over selling whatsoever, the result is a heating system that is better than it ever was and very efficient.  We are extremely pleased with the result and would have no hesitation in recommending Bright Blue Gas.
