I asked Bright Property Solutions to provide me with a quotation for the refurbishment and boiler replacement for my ground floor flat I wished to let. They were not only the most competitive but also the most thorough and communicative. The work was carried out quickly and professionally with a nice finish and although there were some unforeseen circumstances Bright offered advice and resolved any issues with minimal extra cost. I would look to them again should I require any further work.

Fantastic workmanship finished promptly to a high quality. Very minimal impact on rest of house, kept room tidy. Completed work very quickly and did all problem areas as asked (odd shaped walls re-moulded, tricky fireplace etc) Highly recommended, value for money, pleasant workers whom we would certainly use for future jobs.

Bright property solutions recently plastered my whole house to a very high standard, from quote to finish James communication, attitude to work and knowledge were very commendable and played a vital role in transforming my house. I was very pleased with the hours worked each day as well as the productivity, I required extra work doing during the job and feel I was well advised on what exactly needed to be done and how much it would cost and am pleased with the finish. Also I must say they are the tidiest plasterers I have seen he left the house as he found it each day. Overall im very happy and feel I got very good value for money and will definitely use Bright property solutions again I highly recommend them.

We would use this firm again and will continue to recommend them. James project managed to a very high standard throughout the job and his customer service we found first rate. Where we were not happy due to a miscommunication, James ensured the issue was rectified without complaint. He gave very useful advice on a poor plastering job done by another firm, which was not strictly part of the job we were asking him to do. Wes and Chris were very efficient and their work extremely good. Its hard to find a firm that 'ticks all the boxes' and we'll definitely ask them to quote for future home improvements with a view to using them again.

James who runs the company, was always on time when we arranged to meet, always kept me informed throughout the work regarding to what’s was going on, and what was being done when. We had the side and back of the house rendered, and all the guttering and facia covered with UPVC. James is extremely polite, and we are very happy with the work he did for us, and would recommend him, and use him again.
