Boiler repair and service

Paul was able to come at short notice. An earlier job had over run, but Paul kept me updated and came well after normal working hours to uphold his promise when others would have rescheduled. He was helpful and kept me well informed of the problems. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or use him again.

Fixing boiler

Paul was helpful and efficient from beginning to end. He kept me informed of the problems, the solutions and tried to get the best cost effective option for me. I would most definitely use him again should I have another problem and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him!

Diagnosed fault and replaced cylinder thermostat

Paul was able to visit at short notice after another firm let us down. Arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the fault with our heating. Replaced the thermostat on the hot water cylinder to get us warm, and recommended additional work (which I could already see needed doing - tank is leaking!!). No pressure to get this done, just a recommendation. Would recommend and use again.

Replace old Combi Boiler

Paul (snr) did a great job with replacing our old combi boiler. He worked tirelessly for the whole day in order to complete the job on time along with his assistant Dean. The boiler is a Viessmann Vitodens 100-W and is a top efficiency rated combi -boiler. Paul's price was very competitive and he is very experienced so you feel you are in good hands, he takes time to answer any questions you may have and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. The flat was left clean and tidy after the job.

Removed old boiler and fitted new one.

I was very very happy with the service received from Paul and his assistant. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite and conscientious. Theirs was by far the lowest quote to remove and fit a new combi boiler for our maisonette and they worked without a break - did it a matter of hours and cleared everything up afterwards very well. We didn't know anything about them beforehand and it can be nerve wracking spending a lot of money with an untested company but I'm happy to say I'd definitely recommend them. And we now have a lovely looking boiler with hot water and heating working perfectly. Hurrah!

Really not much to comment on that the score does not reflect. The only thing I'd say is I'd recommend them to anyone and also without question use them for future work.

Fitted new boiler

I was really impressed with the work that Paul (jnr and snr) did on my boiler. They obviously knew their stuff and went about the job in a tidy and professional way. The price was £800 less than another company quoted me as well! I will definitely use Paul for any boiler related issues I may have in the future.

Fixing my old valiant boiler

Paul was extremely helpful on the phone as I outlined my problem, and fitted me in at very short notice to fix the boiler, which another company had failed to resolve. He seems to be an expert on the old Valiant boilers and I will use him from now on. Thanks Paul!

Fitted a diverter valve and a hot water NTC

Paul is the extremely reliable, trustworthy and experienced. He visits quickly and keeps you updated if he is going to be even ten minutes late. He has just saved me a fortune by fixing my boiler and advising me that, contrary to the advice my builders had given me, my boiler is not knackered and has years in it yet. I have no hesitation in recommending him.
