Paul was able to visit at short notice after another firm let us down. Arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the fault with our heating. Replaced the thermostat on the hot water cylinder to get us warm, and recommended additional work (which I could already see needed doing - tank is leaking!!). No pressure to get this done, just a recommendation. Would recommend and use again.

Paul (snr) did a great job with replacing our old combi boiler. He worked tirelessly for the whole day in order to complete the job on time along with his assistant Dean. The boiler is a Viessmann Vitodens 100-W and is a top efficiency rated combi -boiler. Paul's price was very competitive and he is very experienced so you feel you are in good hands, he takes time to answer any questions you may have and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. The flat was left clean and tidy after the job.

I was very very happy with the service received from Paul and his assistant. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite and conscientious. Theirs was by far the lowest quote to remove and fit a new combi boiler for our maisonette and they worked without a break - did it a matter of hours and cleared everything up afterwards very well. We didn't know anything about them beforehand and it can be nerve wracking spending a lot of money with an untested company but I'm happy to say I'd definitely recommend them. And we now have a lovely looking boiler with hot water and heating working perfectly. Hurrah!

Paul (snr) impressed us throughout, from visiting to provide an initial quotation right through to completion. We needed a full central heating system fitted into a Victorian property over three floors, which is a difficult and complex job. Paul suggested a route for the pipe work that no other engineer did and this enabled pipes to be discreetly hidden under floorboards wherever possible. He was totally accommodating when we decided we wanted extra radiators put in and all work (including a flue being fitted from the boiler out of a ground floor roof extension) was completed to the highest possible standard. Paul is incredibly experienced, wholly reliable and a pleasure to get to know over the week and a half he was with us for. Couldn't recommend more highly - you will have no problems if you use Paul and you get a personal service from start to end.

I cannot fault anything about the service. Paul (Senior) was here for three solid days, and was absolutely great in all respects: always bang on time, very conscious about cleanliness, very good quality of workmanship (all piping installed was copper, and all joints hand-soldered as each was installed), and also a very friendly chap to talk to. Also, he has just popped back to rectify a leaking valve (not one that he installed) at no charge. This man is about as far away from a cowboy as you are likely to find. I hired Paul to replace my boiler on the recommendation of my usual plumber (who does not install boilers) - and I'm very happy to pass that recommendation on to anyone else needing a replacement / repaired boiler.

Both Father and Son attending to identify and fix my Greenstar RI condensing boiler that had failed due to the external condense pipe freezing in the cold weather and water backing up into the boiler. Two days previously I had to call an emergency plumber late on a Saturday who after 2 1/2hrs failed to fix the fault and still wanted over £300 and had used reconditioned parts! Brighton Boilers put everything right in under 1 hr. This is the 2nd time I have used this company and I have booked them again to work on other things in the house. They are the most honest, trustworthy, reliable tradesmen you will meet and work to the highest standards. I would recommend them 100%, they explain things in a language you will understand and will give you the best price they possibly can. If you are reading this write up then you are fortunate to have found the best, I would not even bother calling around for other quotes, just get these guys booked safe in the knowledge you will get the job done to a high standard and more importantly get it done for a fair price.

Paul was the 3rd plumber to look at my boiler. I felt that the other two traders just wanted to sell me a new boiler and tried to charge me for this service. Paul knew my boiler and ordered the parts straight away. When he came back he fixed 3 things wrong with it and I am delighted with his workmanship and friendly manner. If you can get hold of Paul - I believe he is always in demand - he is well worth waiting for because I think that you will have the best Boiler Repair Man in Brighton. Don't waste time getting other quotes, you have just found the best there is. Paul did the installation of the unvented cylinder in the loft and replaced all the micro bore pipe work with new copper piping and thermostically controlled radiators.  His standard of work is exceptional.

After 2 visits from boiler engineers of ********* which began on 1 APR 08, Paul checked and found that the supposedly new pressure switch *********** supplied was faulty. He checked the system and made sure that it was only the problem. He installed another one and my whole family is happy and grateful to him for putting it right. I have used just boilers several times and recommended him to many people as he is a real find. he comes when he says he will and his work is 1st class in every respect. Pity he only does boilers- wish he did plumbing too! Wish there were more tradesmen like him.
