Stephen came to our property to assess the job on a Friday and had given us a written quote by the Monday. Job was booked in and the chap sent to do the work was on time, friendly, courteous and kept me informed of how the job was progressing. Tidy, quick and good quality. Would definitely use them again. Good electricians are hard to come by and Bright Sparx London has a very high customer service ethic.

I really appreciated the prompt response to get heaters working for incoming tenants to my father's flat - about to be rented. The problems were identified as simple - in the phone conversation before the job booked, Stephen said he would aim to repair rather than replaced - I would not have know one way or the other whether the heaters were at fault. The inspection was not only thorough but categorised work into a few must-do's, some should do's and options. Very clearly and honestly explained - I opted for the full fix. Professional, honest, friendly and very efficient - I would absolutely use again and recommend to anyone.
