From the design stage, the removal of the old bathroom and fitting of the new bathroom we were kept fully informed throughout. The work involved complete re-plumbing, electrics, plastering and painting. The installation of high quality products were expertly fitted and the finishing touches completed a first class service. The whole room was gutted and rebuilt/refitted so quickly and professionally that we were amazed. The project manager Paul and the fitter Steve went beyond the call of duty to source and fit things at short notice and nothing was too much trouble for them. We are delighted with the final result and would definitely recommend Brilliant Bathrooms.

The work was of a very high quality and they accomodated changes in our requirements and made helpful suggestions as we went along. The entire job was undertaken on time, and was very efficiently managed. All workmen showed great respect and cleanliness and we had minimal disruption to the household routine. The standard of all work; plumbing, electrical wiring, plastering, carpentry, tiling and fitting, was done to a very high standard. Everything was completed at the price we had agreed at the beginning. An excellent job.

Right from the initial meeting at the showroom with Guy and the subsequent home visit, we could not have asked for more in terms of customer service. Guy listened to our ideas and offered excellent advice as to how we might achieve our objectives. This company delivers what it promises, the fitter Andy's attention to detail and making sure we were involved in all the important decisions on site meant that we always knew what was happening and when. Andy kept us informed so we could plan around the work and this also managed our expectations as to what we would have and when. This forward planning and communication ensured that we continued to feel like the customer and we got what we wanted. Andy's attention detail in terms of workmanship are a credit to him and the company. The plastering and painting carried out by another Andy was completed to a very high standard particularly the plastering and all the new lighting and switches were pain free completed by Richard and his team from Avon Electrical. All in all this was a "Brilliant" job and we are now awaiting a start date for a complete shower room refit in September. Well done and thank you to all the team including Francine in the showroom

A Brilliant, First Class job! A professional team throughout – Thank you. They certainly were as good as their word “We take care of everything” – they did – including clearing the drive of ice and snow to allow safe access to the house and garden. A really big thank you to the WHOLE team: from Guy and Paul with the guidance and advice when designing the bathroom and steering me tactfully away from inappropriate colours; to Rob who ripped out the old bathroom, took all the debris out of the house with the minimum of dust, installed the pipework, made good the walls, installed the tiles, shower and furniture; to the decorator who was very proficient; to the electrician who had to endure sub-zero temperatures and be a contortionist to get round the obstacles in the loft; to “perfect Pete” who did a wonderful job on the floor after having to thaw out the flooring; to everyone who helped; and finally Paul – who managed the project really well - having to cope with deliveries held up due to snow, helping with choosing flooring and wall colours (we didn’t agree on everything!). I love the finished result. The only problem I have now is “What colour do I choose for the pedestal mat”!

Work was completed in a very efficient and professional manner. We requested fitting before Christmas on a very tight schedule. The schedule was met completing on Dec 24th. Steve our main installer was extremely punctual, always asked for our view if points of the installation needed clarification. Paul, the installation manager was always to hand if required. All tradesmen who were involved in the installation worked very efficiently. We felt very comfortable and confident throughout the whole process and we are extremely pleased with the new shower room.

A company that lives up to it's name. From showroom to finish everything was handled very efficiently. Guy (sales) gave plenty of planning options with drawings to choose from and plenty of choices for tiles and fittings. Andy (fitter) arrived promptly every morning, even in the snow when the dustmen didn't bother, and was very meticulous in every aspect of the fitting. He also cleaned the area every evening before leaving. The rubbish was collected promptly and the driveway cleaned down afterwards. Andy No 2 (decorator) was highly efficient and didn't leave a spot of paint anywhere. During the whole fitting Paul (Installation Manager) called most days and was available on his mobile 24hrs if needed, which I'm sure he was glad I didn't need to call him! I would have no hesitation to recommend the company to anyone.

On our initial visit to Brilliant Bathrooms our basic ideas were expanded into a preliminary design with their expertise. This was followed by a visit from their surveyor, which resulted in a fully costed design. Throughout the fitting stage, aided by a dedicated project manager, the work was completed to a very high standard. When most of the large units were fitted, details such as accessories, wall colours and floor covering were discussed and decided upon. The end result is a brilliant bathroom completed with no problems or heartache by a dedicated professional team. Eighteen months ago we had our ensuite refurbished to the same high standard by Brilliant Bathrooms. Due to our initial recommendation at least eight other bathrooms within fifty yards of our home have been refurbished by this company. ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS.
