Broad Oak Property Solutions Limited was started in 2004 to offer a complete property fit-out and refurbishment package specifically to retail and commercial premises in the high street, i.e. Retail Shops & Stores, the Leisure Industry - Clubs, Bars, Restaurants and Accommodation in Offices & Hotels. Our reputation and success is due to the quality of our workmanship and ability to complete difficult projects with very strict budgets in the aforementioned areas, and as our success grew we were frequently requested for our extensive services on Residential Premises.
We have succumbed to those demands and now offer our services to all Residential and Commercial alike, extending from Carpentry, Joinery, Laminating, Painting & Decorating, Plastering & Dry Lining, Partition Walls (Metal, Timber & solid walls), Suspended Ceilings including Fire Ceiling & Acoustic Ceilings, Kitchen Installation including plumbing also Flooring from Ceramic Tiling to Wooden Flooring as well as Vinyl coverings. We are able to offer an extensive range of services to assist you in the most basic of works, to a complete house build or extension.

First floor extension with other internal works to existing building

I have been given quote by other companies but found Broad Oak to stand out for price, and attention to detail, all of the work had been completed in line with the detailed working drawing without any hidden extra being added, the workmen and company have been good to my home and family during the construction, I shall be using them next time I intend to have work completed.
