I am happy to recommend Broadwater Conservatories, based on my own recent experience. Paul and Phil arrived when they said they would and were generally very helpful and most importantly, they knew what they were talking about. (As opposed to some of the other companies we had round) Nothing was too much trouble. All of the contractors and fitters that worked on the conservatory were very good. I do have to mention Mark and Terry, who did go the extra mile, thanks guys. There were a few minor issues with time keeping, but Paul kept me informed at all times including a Sunday afternoon. As the price of the conservatory was extremely “competitive”, I was not prepared to make a fuss. Probably the best bit was when I had Paul round for the final inspection, where I had prepared a “snagging list” , containing 1 thing I was not happy with and a very minor something else. Paul then had a look around and picked out more things that HE wasn’t happy with and the fitters were round again to ensure the conservatory was 110% perfect, which it is.. I really did appreciate this level of attention to detail. I am very happy with the conservatory, the whole experience and am more than happy to recommend Broadwater Conservatories.. Good stuff. Thanks again.

We are extremely happy with our new conservatory. Both Philip and Paul were true gentlemen. There was no hard sell but plenty of honest advice and ideas. They were both very quick to respond to our calls and any minor issues were sorted out with absolutely no fuss. The Builder, Fitter, Plasterer and Electrician were all very professional, courteous and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend Broadwater Conservatories and will definitely use them again.

Broadwater survey, design, quote and then get skilled tradesmen to complete each stage of the work very quickly after signing the contract. Broadwater take a fee and for the design and management of the project and are always on hand to resolve queries. The customer has to pay each trade on completion of their work. Any remedial work is done by Broadwater or the tradesman. The process is efficient and professional and we would be pleased to use them again.

What a great company and what a great team Phil and Paul make. We had the windows and sliding patio doors replaced on the back of our house. We agreed a price and it did not change by a penny. The work was completed quickly and professionally, everything was tidied up afterwards (they even vacuumed the stair carpet which we were due to do anyway). The work was carried out on the day they said it would be. Phil and Paul were pleasure to have in our house. They offered us advice but never pressurised us into any decision. I would have no hesitation in recommending them (but only to "good" customers). In summary Broadwater are a company who are achieving what other companies only claim - that is, to exceed customers' expectations. We are delighted.
