“Start date agreed then delayed by them. Delay after delay, a 5/6 week job turned into 12. Consistently poor service from with bad co-ordination of trades people (not turning up, going on unexpected holidays) for the first 2 weeks we only had 1 unskilled labourer on site, misinformation from the office and from the project manager. Some of the work is to a good standard, but the bad overshadowed the good and some was shocking bad, particularly plumbing and electrics. The whole experience put my family under a huge amount of stress and I would highly recommend avoiding Brown Construction.”

Firstly I would like to thank you for your comments. whilst we disagree with 90% of the content and the choice of wording I would like to assure that we have taken all your comments on board, we are truly sorry that you found the experience with us so poor and are so disappointed for the Feedback you have left. There were other elements to why this project over ran which was not due to poor management, sickness or annual leave as suggested. I would also like to state that the final account was settled in full and the customer left happy on the last day. Why would anyone settle the account when workmanship was “Shockingly bad” ? Unfortunately building work is stressful even for the most laid back of customers some deal with this situation better than others. I would like to think that here on check a trade the good defiantly out ways the bad but please do kindly read though all our comments and judge for yourself.
