Hard to fault, neat, tidy, quick and courteous. Estimate was accurate and thats what I paid. Slight problem with one door where I was unable to get duplicate keys cut (not BSF fault, locksmith did not have stock of key blanks) Brad dealt with this by replacing lock barrel and gave us 6 keys so no complaints.

We wanted pair of French doors, but were advised that opening was too wide so alternatives were suggested and prices were quoted. We were told doors would take 2-3 weeks to order - they took just 2 weeks. They were installed in a morning. We are very pleased with the final result !!!!

Having suffered the consequences of poor workmanship from other tradesman I am very careful who I trust to carry out any work for me. I can whole heartedly recommend BSF windows!! Brad and Jim worked in extreme cold conditions to fit 3 uPVC doors for me a few days before Christmas. They turned up early and worked solid all day. They left everything tidy and clean and were very courteous. The price for the job was also very competitive. I will be using them again when the time arises and have already recommended them to friends. Look no further BSF will do an excellent job !!! Thanks guys.
