Replacement of central heating boiler & accompanying additional work.
The low ratings were due to 2 quoted works not being carried out until I had noticed and pointed out the obvious. I would not have expected this from a reputable company. I would only recommend them with reservations.

Response from BSW Central Heating Services:
I discussed problem with client and apologised. Goods ordered but never delivered to site. BSW electrician failed to notify our office of short delivery, therefore thermostats not fitted whilst we were on site. Electrician returned to site to fit quoted works. No excuses. On this occasion we failed to provide our normal high standard of customer service.
