BSW are experts in boilers, central heating and hot water solutions. We are qualified in mains gas, oil, LPG and renewable energy technologies and have been operating in the domestic and commercial heating markets for 50 years. Based in Scaynes Hill, just outside Haywards Heath, we are ideally located to work throughout Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire and Kent. We operate a fully equipped service department 24 hours a day, seven days a week with schemes to meet all your service and maintenance needs whether you require an annual boiler service, breakdown repair or an emergency response. All our operatives are fully trained and skilled in all aspects of their work.

Resolve an issue with 3 lukewarm radiators.
I had an issue with 3 lukewarm radiators. I reminded the receptionist that I needed a commercial engineer. The initial booking was cancelled by them. The engineer attended yesterday he was unable to fix the problem but assured my husband the system was as he found it and would call to book a chemical flush to remove sludge from the system. I discovered that most of the system was now closed down. BSW sent out another engineer who was unfamiliar with gravity fed systems and could do nothing. He left saying a commercial engineer would call. I was informed this would not be till Thursday afternoon. I complained and a commercial engineer called this morning. He too recommended a chemical flush and said he would book an appointment. I was called and advised they did not have equipment to flush my system. They knew I had an industrial boiler and commercial system due to the size of my property. He offered to quote for upgrading my existing system which with the exception of the three cooler radiators was working before I called them out! BSW have left me without heating at the coldest time of year. They claim to be unable to carry out work recommended by their own engineers.

Response from BSW Contract Services:
BSW have attended and provided the customer without service over the previous year, however on this occasion the customer did not wish to accept our advice that their system which is approximately 50 years old and in our opinion has not been regularly maintained, needed to be thoroughly overhauled and updated. All 3 of our engineers were capable of responding to the call out and all 3 correctly identified that there was a blockage in the system, as later confirmed by the customer. BSW regularly carry out system cleansing where appropriate, however will often outsource this work to specialist sub-contractors on larger properties.

Excellent service. Work carried out very efficiently and cleanly. Came back to me with options that would save me money. Very knowledgeable, friendly and very impressed. Would definitely recommend.
