Replacement cover
Replaced cover but failed to replace leading edge and straps. I have now been chasing and waiting for over a year for them to correct the problem. They avoid contact and do not answer e-mails. Nightmare is an understatement

Measuring, Supply and Fitting Swimming Pool Liner
Pool emptied and bespoke liner ordered by BTU 24 June but they seem to be incapable of correctly fitting the liner or communicating with us - they didn't even know it had been delivered so didn't turn up on the agreed fitting date (August 24) until we told them. Phone calls and emails are rarely initiated or answered. Last vist (4th attempt) left the pool structure damaged, and the liner is still creased. Pool needed all year round for exercise so not having it since June has caused detriment to our physical and mental health, but BTU don't appear to care. SPATA involved but still waiting

No work carried out
In June 2018, I asked BTU to fix my swimming pool boiler which was not working properly. An engineer visited and said that the boiler needs replacing and that he will come back for detailed check and quotation. They sent me a quotation which I accepted. He came back for detailed inspection and said that they can not replace the boiler as the gas meter was too small and I need to have that replaced first. I said that I don't want to do that. He went away and sent me an invoice for replacing the boiler which was never done. They now keep me harassing for payment of work which was never done.

Pool maintenance
I had them for a few months to look after a pool, they used to do a good job then they were not sending the maintenance buy regularly and forgetting to send someone. I had to keep chasing them for 2 months for a pool maintenance visit. Kept receiving a different answer every time. Very disappointed, I would not recommend them as they are not reliable

Renovation of swimming pool, new shape, new tiling, new pump room and shower installation.
The project lasted 6 months, the work was to a high standard and the working area was kept tidy and well organised.
