We thought we had water heater/boiler issues so asked Jamie to come round and investigate/quote for a fix. I'm a novice when it comes to plumbing and heating and he was very patient with me and was happy to talk me through what he was doing whilst he was checking. Turns out we didn't need any specific repairs (thermostat too low schoolboy error) but he still spent the time to check and ensure there was no other issues with our heater. He probably spent 35 minutes at my house in total and didn't charge for the visit. Will definitely use him again for servicing and any bolier/plumbing repairs

The engineer arrived during the period he said he would. He was asked to replace the existing gas pipe which was several years old and a bit too short for the new cooker. He agreed to go and buy a new one. He returned with a longer hose and fitted this. Work cost about £20 more than quoted but that was expected because additional work was required. Overall really good service. Would use again.
