Our very large property in Lancing needed a complete and utter refit from floor to ceiling and we needed the best people for the job to turn this property in a luxurious spa. Tom and co did an absolutely stunning job and worked long hours and for longer than anticipated. They listened to everything we wanted in terms of our vision of the decor and made some really helpful and effective suggestions to ensure the finished result was the best it could be! We couldn't be happier and our customers are constantly amazed by the work that has been done to turn the former property into what it is now! The Spa - In Lancing was possible with the dedication and hard work of Builder man and the aftercare we have received on any extra bits and pieces we've needed to be done after we opened has been fabulous! Tom did a great job extending our patio and built-in steps down to another area of the patio. He paid careful attention to laying the old slabs (to use as few a new slabs) where possible and the extended part of our patio looks like it has always been there. You will not be disappointed with these guys. Tom was here for nearly 2 weeks and he hardly stopped, ably assisted by Chris most days. We now have a beautiful new patio as well as other jobs done around house and garden - all done with the degree of hard work and precision that must be their trademark. Tom and Welly were in my house for three days, unsupervised, painting and decorating my bathroom, hall and bedroom. The job was completed on time and they even did a couple of little extra tasks for me, like put up a curtain rail, at no additional cost. They cleared away beautifully each day and I felt completely at ease leaving them in my house whilst I was at work. Highly Recommended!

This was about the 4th or 5th time we engaged with Builderman and again a top high quality two days worth of work. Richard fitted a 6m curtain rail, some office shelving, a roman blind, some door hooks, oiled some oak doors and did lots of other bits and bobs around our house. Nothing is ever too much... the curtain rail had 10 fitting points and the spirit level was PERFECT... The middle name of Builderman is perfection.. If you see their vans they read "this looks like a job for Builderman". If you use these guys once, you will return for more time and time again.

Richard came at 8.30pm and worked solidly all day to do everything we had asked for. It is the second day he has spent at hours putting up pictures, heaters, building shelves, ripping out an old fire place and many other tasks. Nothing is too much trouble, we just give him a list and it gets done and if we don't have something we need to finish a job Richard will pop out and get it. He is completely trustworthy and how work is always completed to a very high standard. Its a great service and we would wholeheartedly recommend Builderman.

Tom had a long list of jobs to do about the house, including hanging pictures and curtains, re-sealing the bath, re-felting the shed roof, replacing a fence post, painting, small bits of electrical work etc. Tom worked fast and efficiently, he didn't need any direction. He ploughed through the work and kept me informed of any issues. He tidied up as he went and was friendly and great at finding solutions. One day I was there while he worked and the second day he had a key. Highly recommended. I'll definitely be using Builderman again.

Had 30ft of fencing removed and new closed board fencing put up in it's place. Came round day before, removed the old fence, then Tom and Richard put up the new fencing in 1 day. Quality of work was outstanding, can't fault it and I'm a fussy sole! Both Richard and Tom were very friendly and personable people and even asked if their lovely little dog could sit in the garden whilst they worked. No hesitations at all to recommend 100%

These are the hardest working guys, they just didn't stop. They were a pleasure to have around, tidy and polite at all times, they carried out the work exactly as they explained and quoted to us. I would have no hesitation in recommending these guys to anyone and if I have any other work that was needed I would have them straight back.

Builderman are very enthusiastic and offer good value for money. The only issue we had was a misunderstanding over what was included in the quote - which was resolved quickly and amicably. They are a little slow in getting back on quotes, but they did a very good job, which we are very happy with. Overall, I would definitely recommend them, but would say that it is important to be very clear on what needs doing first.
