Almost total refurbishment of a one bed flat in Stoke Newington including new bathroom and kitchen
I would not hesitate to recommend Greg and his team. I am very happy with the work they have undertaken for me. From the original quote, to useful ideas offered, time taken, value for money (they finished a week early and to the original budget) helpfulness in sourcing/taking delivery of materials, communication about the works and the finished work has all been first class. I hope to work with Greg and his team again in the future.

Major renovation of house
I would not hesitate to recommend Greg and his team. I found him via this website, and have no complaint with his work whatsoever. He stuck to his quote, and was very reasonable with other additional works that cropped up. His team was polite and friendly, and worked hard 6 day weeks. Job included: New walls throughout, re-plastering throughout. Full rewire, plumbing/boiler installation, windows, wall removal, installation of skylight/support and retile. Fitted kitchen + advised on kitchen, new bathroom including toilet move, concreted/tiled new path, patio and shed base, constructed shed, sanded floorboards throughout, decoration throughout, new window frames, other joinery. All rendering outside, including painting, and new drainpipes where needed.

When Greg visited for an initial survey to give us an estimate on how much everything was going to cost he was very accurate and he described everything in detail that needed doing. He was very happy to answer any questions we had. Also, the work was finished well within the time scheduled.

Full kitchen refurbishment (plaster ceiling, tile floor, knock down partitioning wall, install kitchen units and appliances, installed a new fuse box and wiring) and Built a new ensuite bathroom from scratch.
Extremely professional team lead by Greg. They were always polite, friendly and tidy. The quality of the work is high and they finish the job when they say they will. The result is a glossy finish with great attention to detail. They are knowledgeable and give practical money saving advice when asked. The kitchen was built from scratch as the old units, flooring and lighting had to be ripped out and a wall knocked down. Greg’s team plastered the ceiling, built an arch into the knocked down wall, rewired the kitchen, installed recessed lights, tiled the floor, installed all the kitchen units, appliances and decorated everything within 10 working days. The en-suite and a built in wardrobe were also built from scratch. Greg’s team built the partitioning walls, installed the plumbing, tiled walls, plastered the ceiling and installed the shower, toilet, sink, lights, and cupboard within 10 working days as well. We are very happy with Greg’s work and highly recommend him and his team.
