  Extension and full renovation of my mother's house.

  Matt, Dan and the Build-Pro team were outstanding. The combination of professionalism, warmth, skill, transparency, reliability and excellent communication exceeded our best expectations and greatly reduced the stress that is commonly associated with building and renovation projects such as this. Matt, Dan and their team also went out of their way to keep the site tidy and to show consideration and friendliness to my mother's neighbours. My mother and I can wholeheartedly recommend Build-Pro as an exemplary construction company, and as trustworthy, highly competent professionals. Thanks!

  Double story extension including full refurb, new kitchens, bathrooms, glazing, electrics etc

  Went with Build-Pro after reading good reviews on multiple forums and after positive interaction during tender when BPC provided a thorough quote and time line. Project management throughout was spot on and the full team including sub contractors and multiple trades were great to work with and polite. The team were on site at 8am every day, left it tidy, and finished a complex build on time and to budget. The work is of a great quality and Matt and Dan were available throughout to talk through ideas or make recommendations. We wouldn’t hesitate to use again. Snagging was sorted with no fuss

  Double storey extension with new kitchen and

  Matt, Dan and their team were great. Very friendly, accommodating and keen to get the job done. They were reliable, turning up day after day to progress the work - they would have finished sooner, but had to wait for me, as I was sourcing some of the products myself (e.G. Glazing etc..). Matt always made an effort to check whether I was happy with the work and progress. The results are excellent and we're very pleased. I can definitely recommend BPC - they are very nice, genuine guys looking to do their best for the client.

  Range of work: knock down load bearing wall, install steels, install underfloor heating, carpentry, install lighting, insulate loft and work alongside my own contractors installing flooring and doing redecoration.

  Excellent project management with no real gaps in work and good communication. We lived in house during the work and were impressed by all the tradesmen who worked on the project. They were friendly, knowledgeable and easy to have around. Would recommend.

  Family room and utility room extension

  Really pleased with the outcome. I was kept informed every step of the way and both Matt and Dan were very polite and always available to answer my questions. The reason the job took longer was due to our requests for the builders to do additional work e.G. Finish utility room cabinets, lay flooring, fix gate etc. I would definitely recommend and will be contacting Build-Pro for future projects.

  Demolition of attached garage and construction of new two storey extension

  An excellent job from start to finish. Dan was very professional and easy to deal with. He treated the job as if he were building something for himself. Logistics and co-ordination between trades was excellent. There was always something happening all the time with no waits for the materials or the next trade. All trades were very personable and tidy and did a high quality job. Neighbours commented on how tidy the site was and how smoothly the work went.
