We have wanted to replace all our old 1930 wooden single glassed windows for some time whilst retaining the character of the property. We were nervous of approaching the wrong company and being subjected to high pressure sales, aggravation, inflated prices and unknown quality. We were recommended Burtt & Co by a friend who had recently had work done by them and was satisfied, stating and I quote, "he would not have anyone else fit windows for them" - a sentiment which we know fully endorse. We contacted Burtt & Co and never looked back; we are now the proud owners of beautiful windows that retain the character of the house. The price they quoted was the price we paid no hidden extra. The fitting process was hassle free - they kept disruption to the minimum completing the work in a planned and methodical manner cleaning and vacuuming the carpets every night and removing the rubbish generated that day.  They arrived promptly each day for a period of approximately ten days and whilst on site worked constantly. We found them extremely courteous at all times and very respectful of our home and us as customers. The quality and workmanship was excellent and great attention was paid to details and final trimming. The work was carried out with minimal damage to plaster work and tiled areas and everything was made right before they left. We would not hesitate to recommend Burtt & Co and would certainly use them again as they represent quality and value for money.
