Replace boiler and hot water cylinger
Helpful pre-contract discussions with Richard resulted in competitive quotation, which included a 5-year warranty on the Worcester-Bosch boiler offered (instead of the normal 2 years). Timing of the work totally adhered to and the actual installation was carried out most professionally (including due attention to cleanliness around the house). Very satisfied.

Repairs to heating system.
They replied to my urgent email within the hour, and came to the house same day after working hours. The problem with the heating which required a new valve was fixed straight away with a new valve from their stock in the van. The price charged was very good considering the service. I have no hesitation in recommending them

Richard came up with the idea of siting the new boiler in the attic which now gives us more room in the kitchen,cheapest quote as well.Steve and Scott knew their stuff and they put up with me being very fussy.You can tell they work as a team.

Replacement of a Domestic Heating Boiler
Buxton Heating replaced my boiler within 5 days to a very high standard of workmanship. A speedy, very competitive estimate was provided and we were very impressed with the way Richard explained the options for us, recommending that we obtain other quotations.
Within 4 days we had the boiler replaced and extra TRV valves fitted.

New combi boiler fitted.
These guys have got it right. The quality of service and workmanship is what you would always hope for but rarely get. Richard and his team are professional, on time and know what they’re doing. I looked at several different companies to do this work and half of them didn’t even call me back. Richard fitted a survey in, at an 'out of hours' time that suited me, and the level of commitment from then was superb. If you want someone who answers the phone, responds to emails and most importantly does a exceptional job, look no further. I would 100% recommend these guys and will be doing so to friends and family. I am very pleased with my new boiler.

Install new boiler, controls and re-piping
I invited Buxton Heating to quote for my boiler replacement and associated re-piping. The survey and advice given was very professional and, although Richard’s quotation was not the cheapest, I felt comfortable and gave him the order to proceed.
The team of Richard, Steve and Scott arrived on the agreed day and early. They brought dust sheets for protection of carpets and even a fan heater for us, as it was cold weather. Their days were long and the work produced was very neat and acceptable.
My new boiler system is working very well and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Installation of new boiler
Steve and Scott did a fantastic job. They worked hard, were polite, courteous and kept me informed of what was happening at all times. The work overran by a day but they tried their best and completed a good job, which is more important. The quote was more expensive than the others I received but chose Buxton Heating as Richard is running a very professional business. Extremely pleased with my decision and the work that was completed
