Faulty immersion heater
Richard attended our minor emergency within three hours, diagnosed and fixed the problem very efficiently, and charged a very reasonable call-out fee. I will use Buxton Heating again and recommend to anyone requiring a first class plumber.

Combi boiler and radiators
A massive thank you to Richard and his team for the excellent work done to my house. Was very happy with the quote and there were no hidden extra costs. Everything was fully explained. The quality of work is outstanding and the work was done to my exact requirements. Thank you to Steve for doing such a fantastic job. Replacing old boiler, with new Combi Boiler - removing the then defunct water tanks and moving a radiator

New Boiler
I recently had a new boiler fitted by Buxton Heating and once again I am delighted with the quality of the workmanship, the job was finished in a day with the old boiler being removed and the hole in the wall bricked up and plastered as if it had never been there. The new boiler is very neat in its new position and seems to heat up everything so much faster and more efficiently. Look no further for a heating specialist this company is the best for high standards and value for money.

Supply and fit new heating system
A change from a solid fuel heating system to oil seemed a daunting task to us - until Richard from Buxton Heating came onto the scene. He reassured us that this could be achieved without undue anxiety, and indeed this was the case. After his (reasonable) quotation was accepted, deliveries of all parts needed for the task arrived in time for work to start. The team worked very hard and left the property clean and tidy at the end of each day, finishing the job on time, within budget, and with minimum disturbance - Thank you Buxton Heating, we are now reaping the benefit of your work and ready for the winter ahead.

Installed new boiler and associated works
My wife and I are both extremely pleased with the new Worcester Bosch boiler installed by Buxton Heating. Even came out at short notice just before Christmas with snow on the ground when the old boiler packed up. Scott (the Engineer) worked very hard from first thing in the morning without even taking a break for refreshment to get the job done with occasional assistance from Richard. Despite being late and after a long day (11 hours) Scott even took the time to carefully take us through everything we needed to know about the new heating system. It is a pleasure to recommend 'Buxton Heating'.
