I recently had a new boiler fitted by Buxton Heating and once again I am delighted with the quality of the workmanship, the job was finished in a day with the old boiler being removed and the hole in the wall bricked up and plastered as if it had never been there. The new boiler is very neat in its new position and seems to heat up everything so much faster and more efficiently. Look no further for a heating specialist this company is the best for high standards and value for money.

A change from a solid fuel heating system to oil seemed a daunting task to us - until Richard from Buxton Heating came onto the scene. He reassured us that this could be achieved without undue anxiety, and indeed this was the case. After his (reasonable) quotation was accepted, deliveries of all parts needed for the task arrived in time for work to start. My wife and I are both extremely pleased with the new Worcester Bosch boiler installed by Buxton Heating. Even came out at short notice just before Christmas with snow on the ground when the old boiler packed up. Scott (the Engineer) worked very hard from first thing in the morning without even taking a break for refreshment to get the job done with occasional assistance from Richard. Despite being late and after a long day (11 hours) Scott even took the time to carefully take us through everything we needed to know about the new heating system. Helpful pre-contract discussions with Richard resulted in competitive quotation, which included a 5-year warranty on the Worcester-Bosch boiler offered (instead of the normal 2 years). Timing of the work totally adhered to and the actual installation was carried out most professionally (including due attention to cleanliness around the house). Very satisfied.

They replied to my urgent email within the hour, and came to the house same day after working hours. The problem with the heating which required a new valve was fixed straight away with a new valve from their stock in the van. The price charged was very good considering the service. These guys have got it right. The quality of service and workmanship is what you would always hope for but rarely get. Richard and his team are professional, on time and know what they’re doing. I looked at several different companies to do this work and half of them didn’t even call me back. Richard fitted a survey in, at an 'out of hours' time that suited me, and the level of commitment from then was superb. If you want someone who answers the phone, responds to emails and most importantly does a exceptional job, look no further. I would 100% recommend these guys and will be doing so to friends and family. I am very pleased with my new boiler.

I invited Buxton Heating to quote for my boiler replacement and associated re-piping. The survey and advice given was very professional and, although Richard’s quotation was not the cheapest, I felt comfortable and gave him the order to proceed. The team of Richard, Steve and Scott arrived on the agreed day and early. They brought dust sheets for protection of carpets and even a fan heater for us, as it was cold weather. Their days were long and the work produced was very neat and acceptable. My new boiler system is working very well and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We had 2 separate heating systems which needed to be combined and a new boiler to replace the other 2.  Richard gave us sound advice and a competitive quote. Buxton Heating visited me on a Saturday morning and spent a good couple of hours investigating a wiring issue between tank and boiler. The problem wasn't resolvable at that point and even after giving a good deal of advice, they refused to charge for their time. Full marks for honesty and friendliness.

We found the work was carried out to a very high standard.  We were extremely pleased with the outcome. Richard explained everything to us in much detail, and was happy to answer any questions we had.  He also pointed out a couple of issues with our current boiler that was installed by another Company. These were very important things, that we did not know, and are currently in the process of rectifying these.  We have already recommended Buxton Heating to relatives, and we will not be using out existing Company for further services in the future, but will definitely be contacting Buxton Heating.

Having found Buxton Heating through the Checkatrade website and seeing the testimonials already given, we had a combi-boiler installed as a replacement for our ageing heating system. Not only was the installation done in a very professional manner, we also managed to free up space in the kitchen and airing cupboard by locating the new boiler in the attic. Work was of exceptionally high standard and all throughout the installation Richard explained what was happening and gave a full demonstration on completion of the job. We got an number of estimates before employing Richard, as it is a big ticket item we wanted to be sure.  The quote was very straight forward and was no hard sell which we had elsewhere. From the first meeting we knew he was going to get the business. The new boiler and towel rail were installed with great efficiency and without fuss.  Richards knowledge of the task was top class. There was no mess and stuff left for me to clear up.  He was very polite and told me at each stage what was going on as well as answering my questions. At completion Richard gave us a full and thorough run through of all the work and explained the boiler fully.  In summary, we are absolutely delighted with the work.

Sunday morning - water dripping through ceiling - one call and appointment made for afternoon.  Arrived on time, clean worker, tidy and professional - found problem - old pipe work resting on oak beam - sorted and even replaced a second set of pipes which would have caused problems in near future.
