Repair to boiler

Chris came out to assess our broken boiler the day after I called him even though he didn't have a free slot in his schedule as I have very young babies. He did his best to assess the problem, and sourced the required part within 24 hours. We were delighted with the price, the quality of work and the genuine nature of chris. Would absolutely recommend.

Diagnosed and replaced central heating pump

Chris was courteous and efficient in response to my initial call, starting to diagnose the fault on the phone. An appointment was arranged for the following day - a Saturday - and he arrived promptly, confirmed the problem and replaced the pump, passing on useful tips for system maintenance and offering advice on other aspects. I'd not hesitate to use his skills again. Many thanks for a very professional and friendly service!

Central Heating repair

Our central heating broke a few days ago and I phoned Chris on Saturday. He came to the house that same day and said it was the circuit board, which he ordered there and then. Circuit Board arrived today and he fitted it, and gave the boiler a service as well. All working well. Chris did a great job repairing the boiler and was very tidy. He is extremely reliable, an excellent time keeper and a really nice person. We will definitely use him again and would be happy to recommend him.

Removal of old Potterton gas boiler and installation of new Bosch.

Chris provided a full explanation of the options available to us without pressurising us. His quote was comprehensive and was adhered to. Chris' service was friendly and professional; good value for money. We are confident about using his services in the future.
