When cleaning the loft I noticed I could see daylight where an old flue had been removed damaging the felt and cracking a ridge tile. Called C D Roofing when I noticed the problem on Saturday morning. I had an idea how much this should cost to repair from previous experience. Right away they confirmed a very fair price (another local company tried to charge me alot more). When asking for availability they said they could do it same day as were in the area on rounds! I was very impressed as I was worried about water getting in. Chris arrived promptly and reviewed the work with no problems, he then set about the job with complete professionalism. He is extremely polite and helpful. He did an absolutely fantastic job start to finish, even going the extra mile to not just replace the tile but spend a little additional time making good the timbers and felt underneath. The job was fast and neat with the attention to detail I would apply to a job myself. I noticed as he tidied up he even lowered his ladders and gave the gutter a wipe where the ladders had rested on it. An exceptionally high standard of work with 0 fuss. I would definately recommend and will use again to replace my flat roof when the time comes. A first class workman. I was extremely impressed and delighted with the work.

Chris and his team worked hard and did a very good job. They replaced damaged ridge/hip/roof tiles. Repointed the chimney stacks and leaded. Replaced guttering / soffit / facias and down pipes. The weather was bad for a couple of days but they carried on and the work was finished to a high standard and on time. The cost of the work was reasonable and within estimate. They cleaned and cleared the area everyday before they left and I would highly recommend them.
