Chris was absolutely brilliant. When I made the initial call to him and left a message on his answerphone he returned my call within 24 hours. He made the appointment and we discussed what work might be needed. I thought I would need new cisterns but he managed to fix with a universal kit. He also descaled the pans and explained what he was doing. I was so impressed I am going to get him to do a wet room. If you have been putting off that repair job Chris is your man!
