After checking Ian's feedback, I phoned him to obtain a quote, as soon as I spoke to him, I realized that he was a person I would get on well with. Due to the windy weather we had to postpone the repairs a couple of times, but Ian always informed me well in advance. When he eventually carried out the repairs, he did a splendid job, talking to him was like he was an old friend, A very nice person indeed. I can highly recommend Ian Parkin without hesitation, as I am sure he will not disappoint anyone.

We invited 3 local installers to quote for this work and I liked Ian from the moment I met him. He is a courteous and affable gentleman who obviously ‘knows his onions’. In order to connect the new Satellite dish to the multi switch inside the house, it required 4 cables to run both vertically and horizontally along the external wall of the house. In order to lessen the visual impact of this, Ian suggested the cabling could be run inside a ‘dummy’ plastic drainpipe to help disguise it. Ian was the only installer to suggest this and we are very pleased with the finished result.

To prepare the outside re-decoration of house the TV and phone cables were moved inside. Running wiring internally, including fitting of 3 new TV sockets and 2 phone points. Removing external wiring. Assessment of the work to be done was professionally carried out by offering exactly the service the customer requested. The work was executed professionally and in a timely manner. A job well done!
