I was away on holiday when James carried out this work. I was very impressed that there was very little mess to clear up when I got back. They had moved or covered furniture, taken shelves, pictures and curtain rails down and put them back up. In fact everything was as it had been, except all my rooms upstairs had been painted. A good quality job, all the more impressive that I wasn't around. I'll definitely be using James again.

The painting (and papering of the bedroom) looks great and we are pleased with the results. They informed us in plenty of time regarding any additional costs (extra coats of paint needed to cover previous paintwork) and were very helpful in repairing damage to the walls that had occurred when we had removed some skirting boards.

Can-Dec have been brilliant. I would definitely use this company again. All work was completed to a very high standard. The team were professional, friendly, courteous and very trustworthy. I do not have a bad word to say about they work completed. There was a problem with my existing walls which meant they were full of bumps and covered in layers of lining paper, however the team worked hard to made the walls look like new. My house has been transferred into a home and the finish is like a show home. Thank you very much guys!

Excellent work and would recommend his services. I have been ripped off before by other decorators charging lower rates but using cheap paint. Can Dec however were first class, reliable, on time, kept me up to date and went the extra mile to assist with a few other areas in the house and did not charge. I have recommended to friends and family and will 100% use again when need arises

Very pleased with the work James did. He did some touch up to the plastering and then repainted the entire kitchen. Kitchen looks great! Also painted our thresholds. We even added a bit of minor work, which he performed without question and without added expense. Would recommend to anyone looking for a painter decorator!

Overall we were very pleased with the work Can-Dec have done with our living room. Really disappointed that they did not sand the walls in the living room before papering them, and we have a few lumps and bumps showing though. Overall standard of work is good, but more attention to detail could have been given. I would recommend Can-Dec to anyone else, as the quality of work is good, they are always on time, and work hard.

Thank you for the feedback, I was very disappointed to read the comments, as I feel that we had gone to extra efforts on the this job free of charge as the Insurance company would not cover this. The walls were sanded down prior to wallpapering however the effect of a completely smooth wall would only be achieved if all the walls were plastered or lined prior to papering, again this was not allowed by the Insurance quotation. Tidiness is always a top priority to us, however on carrying out the work we were instructed by the householder that the room was not in use and tidying after each days work was not necessary as instructed by the customer.You only have to look at our previous feedback comments to read how professional we are. However if this was a fault on our behalf we would have been more than happy to return to the job and discuss with the customer, and rectify the issues they had, should they have mentioned this on completion of the job when we asked if they were happy with the work to which they replied extremely happy, and couldn't thank us enough for the extras we had done. This was an Insurance claim and obviously the work carried out was like for like.

He was friendly and professional and completed the work quickly and to a very high standard. He also took down some curtain tracks at a last minute request from us and patched up any marks on the wall afterwards which we weren't expecting. Very impressed, thank you Can Dec!
